Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing exceptions work for AlloyQA subscriptions purchased through alloyqa.com. Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, and this policy is intended to reflect how our current billing flow works in the app today.
General Policy
Because AlloyQA offers a free plan that lets you evaluate the product before upgrading, we generally do not offer refunds for Pro or Team subscription charges. Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations
Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle. You may cancel your subscription through the billing experience we provide.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Team Plans and Seat Changes
Deleting your AlloyQA account or removing team members does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused subscription time.
For Team plans, removing members does not automatically reduce charges for seats already purchased for the current billing period. If you need help with subscription changes before your next renewal, contact support.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in limited cases such as an accidental duplicate charge caused by a system error, or where otherwise required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
- Accidental duplicate charges caused by a billing or system error
- Charges that we determine were applied incorrectly
- Refund situations required by applicable law
