Codex thread handoff

Completed Codex work can now be linked back to Alloyqa, keeping the Task and its implementation thread connected.

From the linked work, create follow-up Tasks or find previous work from the same place. Open a linked Task later and jump back to the exact Codex thread.

This keeps the implementation context easy to pick up again while preserving Alloyqa’s structured Task history. It requires Codex authorization and a supported repository context.
